          KirbyKing Yeah, only staff people don't need to be approved but I've used flaurm before and you can change the setting if your staff so you don't have to approve posts. If you don't want to keep having to approve peoples post then you can go in settings and get rid of having to approve posts.

              well then, in that case, we need a staff user on at all times.

                  click your profile picture, than click administration. Then click permissions. Then you'll want to scroll down till you see, Reply to discussions without approval. (click the icon next to it and click members) Theres another one called Start discussions without approval, so you click icon next to it and select members.
